Click on the right to find missionaries in Estonia

After half a century of Soviet domination, Estonia represents one of the most exciting missionary fields. In 1991, three men – two from Canada and one from Australia – returned to their homeland of Estonia with a burden to plant churches. Today over 70 Pentecostal churches have been planted in Estonia, and over 100 young people have been trained for the ministry in our Bible College. Through these churches, the PAOC is active in a number of effective ministries that touch the communities of Estonia, including prison work, a rehabilitation center, military chaplaincy, a radio broadcast and youth outreach. The ultimate goal is to plant a church in every community of the country. To date, the Tallinn Church with a congregation of over 1,000 people has sent several missionaries into the former Soviet Union, including Russia itself and Uzbekistan. The church has also established a ministry centre in the capital city of Tallinn.

Prayer Focus

Pray for the many young pastors in this formerly Communist nation who struggle to pastor their churches while they are studying in our Bible School in Tallinn. Ask God to continue to grant favour with the government officials.
